About Us
The mission of St. John's Home Foundation is to develop financial resources for the entire family of St. John's Senior Communities, and when appropriate, to support other health-related programs for the aging in the Rochester area.
The St. John's Home Foundation, a non-profit charitable corporation, was established in 1992 to help ensure the future quality of life for St. John's residents as well as to support services for older people in the community.
In addition to raising funds for capital expenditures, discretionary grants and the endowment, the Foundation promotes philanthropy, volunteerism, and public awareness. The Foundation also supports other not-for-profit programs and community services that promote excellence in health care for older people.
